YIT has sold a business center in Lithuania to a real estate investment company
YIT has sold the Naujasis Skansenas Ž business center under development in Vilnius, Lithuania, to East Capital Real Estate AS. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the transaction.
The modern five-storey office building’s leased floor area is 7,550 m². The project is due to be finished by the end of 2021.
The investor will take over the current leases and take care of the lease of the remaining space.
"The pandemic has not reduced the need for high-quality office space but has rather encouraged tenants to pay more attention to the safety, comfort and adaptability of the spaces. Since the beginning, the site has been developed with the aim of creating added value for the tenants and we are satisfied with the process and the result, " says YIT Lithuania CEO Kęstutis Vanagas.
The property meets the requirements of energy class A+ and is subject to BREEAM environmental certification. The project has invested in technical solutions that can improve the use of the property and affect people's comfort.
There's a parking garage under the building. The business center also has charging points for electric cars and bicycle storage.
