YIT Lietuva will build a new 18-storey business center in Viršuliškės

A new environmentally friendly 18-storey Sky Office business center will be built in Viršuliškės district, Vilnius. The building will also be equipped with a three-pipe air conditioning system, allowing at the same time, if necessary, to cool part of the premises and heat the other.

The sustainability of the building will be enhanced by photovoltaic solar modules installed on its roof, which will generate green electricity for public lighting, elevators and other uses. The business center also offers energy-saving lighting solutions. In order to reduce the project's CO2 emissions, CO2 footprint indicators will be calculated and analyzed during construction.

It is planned to install a terrace for the tenants of the building on the 18th floor of the business center, from which a panoramic view of Vilnius will open. It will also be possible to admire it from the exclusive observation deck on the last floor of the building, designed according to the best world practices, which has no analogues in Lithuania.

The high-rise business centers are designed to accommodate smaller businesses and choose different office layouts. Relatively small, 560 sq. M. m, the floor of the business center will ensure that the office premises do not lack natural light, and many workplaces will be installed near the windows. These will be open, so it will always be possible to let in fresh air from outside. There will be a 196-space car park with an intelligent number scanning system under the building, and electric car charging stations next to the building. They will also be available in the underground car park if requested by the tenants. There will be a café on the ground floor of the building.
